I am so glad I contacted Doug—selling a loved one’s house because of them passing away is something I hope people don’t have to go through—but having Doug involved made the process so much easier to endure. This was also my first house selling experience. He was able to take a look around the property, identify the minimum items to be addressed, and had reliable and reasonable contacts to help us get the items addressed.
